Abstract :Anahtar Sözcükler : Alkali fosfataz, ağız epiteli. mestüral siklus. Bu çalışma menstüral siklusun değişik fazlarında kan ve dişeti epiteli alkali fosfataz insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(ALP); düzeylerini saptamak amacıyla yapıldı. 22 sağlıklı bireyin menstüral periyotlarının 5. 11. 14. 16. ve 24 günlerinde kan örnekleri alınarak incelendi. Kan alkali fosfataz düzeyleri Bassey-Lowry-Brock yöntemine göre saptandı. Alınan oral smearier ise Gomori\`nin Alkali Fosfataz yöntemine göre boyanarak ışık mikroskobunda incelendi. Belirlenen ALP düzeyleri, preparatların. histolojik incelemesi ve laboratuvar bulguları kıyaslanarak değerlendirildi. Key Words : Alkaline phosphatase, oral epithelium, menstrual cycle. This study was done in order to determine the levels of Alkaline Phosphatase insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(ALP); in blood and in oral epithelium, in various phases of menstrual cycle. Blood samples and oral smears of 22 healthy subjects were taken in the 5., 21., 14., 1 6., and 24 day of their menstrual cycle and they were investigated. The levels of alkaline phosphatase in blood were determined as a procedure of Bessey-Lourry-Brock. The oral smears, obtained, were dyed, this was effected as a procedure of Gomori\`s Alkaline Phosphatase and investigated in a light microscope The ALP levels, determined, and histological investigation were evaluated, compared with the laboratory findings.
