Abstract :THE REPAIR OF THE RESORPTION REGIONS BY DENTAL HARD TISSUE PRODUCTIONS IN EXTERNAL ROOT RESORPTIONS Anahtar Kelimeler: Dış Rezorpsiyon, Diş Sert Doku Onarımı, Dentin, Sement, Kemik. Diş köklerinde rezorpsiyona uğramış yüzeyler ışık mikroskobu, skenning elektronmikroskobu ve transmisyon elektronmikroskobu ile incelenmiş ve Hawship lakünleri ihtiva eden bu rezorpsiyon yüzeylerinin yeni oluşmuş bir sertdoku ile kaplanmış, dolayısıyla onarılmış oldukları saptanmıştır. Yeni oluşan sertdokunun dentin, sement, kemik ve bunların embriyona] dönemlerdeki türlerinden meydana gelmiş sertdokular kompleksi olduğu görülmüştür. Bu çeşitli sertdoku adacıkları arasında, yer yer tanımlanması olanaksız, homojen presipitasyon gösteren mineralize alanlar da izlenilmiştir. Key Words: Exterhal Resorption, Repair of the Dental Harttissues, Dentin, Cement, Bone. The resorbed surfaces on tooth roots were investigated by using light microscope, SEM and TEM. It has been observed that these resorbed surfaces comprised of Hawship lacunes was covared by newly formed hard tissue thus repaired. It has been seen that hard tissue was a complex of various hard tissues which contained dentine, cementum, bone and the species of these that were formed in the embriological stage. Some sparse undefinable mineralized regions which showed homogeneous precipitation were also detected among these several hard tissue islands.
