Abstract :This study attempts to bring a new approach in clarifying relationship between the human nature and politics. This study examines ideological and philosophical origins of human nature and that of politics. Naturally, it deals with the philosophical circumstances which established political arguments as an ethical, ideological, social relation and a political system. I shall compare the theories of politic roads to freedom and serfdom setting out the human nature. I shall also go on comparing these theories deeper in political, historical, traditional and philosophical roots from the point of view of aforementioned political legitimacy theories.
