Abstract :In our last article in İlmî Araştırmalar nr. 10 we had been discussed on the reasons of Ali Emîrî`s critics to Mehmet Fuad Köprülü`s raitings. Here, we exsamine the contents of Ali Emîrî`s point of critics.
