Abstract :The paper shows the selection of the type of control on the basis of Ас psychological active system management model and the role of administrative control in this selection procedure. An algorithmic procedure for determining control Ас members is offered. The effectiveness of management decision-making with Ас center is determined by assessment of the reaction of elements on the administrative impact. The reaction of the elements on the administrative, assessing the impact numerically determines the type of control Ас. In practice, the type of control is selected based on the intuition of the system manager. In this case, this procedure is carried out construction of a truth function Ас management model.
