Abstract :In our time, politics again terrorism takes a huge value all over the world. By the way for these questions much more surveys are about the reasons of such crime. It has extremely high actuality. Nevertheless, less surveys concerned to the methods of such crimes. As the way of solution of such dangerous crime bioterrorism is much actual. It is about using traditional and secret biospheres to achieve the goal to create social dangerous mass act of crime.
