Abstract :Using of elements of the shadow and traditional ecosystems in our day is quite an urgent issue of application in the field of industry, pharmacy, agrarian sector and other branches of the state. However, the question of the correctness of the legal supervision over those from the position of modern jurisprudence is not developed much. Being used for the benefit of such can also pursue criminal goals. For example, mass acts of aggression, classified as terrorism. The use of biological eco structures in such systems makes it especially dangerous. Consequently, the question lies in the classification of legal measures.
