Abstract :It is known that each of the modern Turkic languages was formed as a result of a long process of structural development, constant improvement of literary insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(written, spelling, speech, etc.); norms. In this process, perhaps, one of the main factors in the formation of a language, its own norms and building elements is the phonetic system chosen and developed by it. Phonetic studies using these methods of word analysis, of course, have different results. They can clarify the phonological system of a single language or the phonological system of several closely related languages, while identifying several common phonetic features. The phonetic structure of any language is formed according to coordinated and closely related phonetic and phonological phenomena, which gradually turn into stable rules and laws of this language. This problem has not been considered in this way before, and it is fraught with many previously undiscovered and unexplored phonetic and phonological phenomena, the comparative study of which is of undoubted scientific and practical interest, both for General Turkology and for each of the studied languages. Keywords : consonants, assimilative, articulatory, recursion, system, proto language, dialect, Kazakh, Turkish, Uzbek, comparison, borrowing
