Abstract :Hemostatic is a complex system for maintaining its normal aggregate state, where blood metabolites and metabolites are an important binding system that provides the body`s construction and defense services. Changes in hemostasis can be caused by hemorrhagic syndrome. It is necessary to distinguish hereditary hemorrhagic syndromes from secondary coagulopathy. Hereditary blood coagulation disorders occur due to the lack of various coagulation factors with certain types of inheritance. When conducting the hemorrhagic syndrome diagnostic algorithm, it is necessary to determine the type of bleeding, form a preliminary diagnosis on the basis of clinical and laboratory data, then determine additional pathology in the hemostasis system, if possible, to determine the pathology.
