Abstract :Günümüzde rekabetin odak noktalarından biri haline gelen inovasyon, firmaların ekonomik faaliyetlerinin sürekliliğini sağlayan birçok unsurun temelini oluşturmaktadır. Pazar payını arttırmak isteyen işletmeler yoğun rekabet içinde faaliyetlerini sürdürürken inovatif düşünce önem kazanmakta ve bu alana olan ilgi gün geçtikçe artmaktadır. Bu durum firmalar için inovasyonun finansmanını gerekli hale getirirken, risk sermayesi kavramının öneminin daha da artmasına ve yaygın kullanımını sağlamıştır. Bu çalışmada, inovatif fikir yaklaşımından hareketle yatırımcı ve girişimci açısından risk sermayesi, risk sermayesinin gelişimi ve önemi incelecektir. Continued intense competition in the activities of businesses who want to increase market share innovative thinking is gaining importance and interest in this field is increasing day by day. This situation makes it necessary financing of innovation for companies. This is a further increase in the importance of the concept of venture capital and has led to the widespread use.
