Abstract :-      Idea of Justice in Orhan Münir Çağıl and Some Mystical Considerations – In this study, we tried to present the emeritus professor of the Faculty of Law at Istanbul University Orhan Münir Çağıl’s metaphysical and mystical approaches to natural law theory in order to reunite them with the readers. What makes professor Çağıl different is not pulling law into metaphysics because, natural law theory, in itself, has a metaphysical dimension. The way makes his thoughts different is his being in a mystical approach to law, even to natural law. The biggest reward of our efforts will be to present a different point of view to new generation lawyers.
