Abstract :The aim of the study is to investigate the influence of Spiritual Leadership on Job Satisfaction, Ethical Behavior, and Employee Motivation. The study\\\'s respondents were employees staying in Istanbul, the most populous province of the Marmara Region in Turkey. Data was collected from the survey method. Totally 325 datasets were analyzed. The results showed that three dimensions of spiritual leadership, namely, vision, hope/faith, and altruistic love influence Job Satisfaction, Ethical Behavior, and Employee Motivation. This study offers valuable insights into the suitability of spiritual leadership in Turkey\\\'s unique socio-economic environment. This research enhances the understanding of leadership studies and provides practical insights for leadership development and organizational management in Turkish contexts by examining the connections between spiritual leadership and critical organizational outcomes.
