Abstract :In this article we consider franchizing as one of innovations in business. Characteristics of franchizing in the centralized market of Kyrgyzstan at the moment, before entry into the Customs union, with use of an assessment of the businessman are analysed. Also at the heart of the conducted research were a number of advantages and problems of franchizing in the domestic market is revealed at the introduction in the Customs union. Had a greater influence to a general characteristic, an assessment and identification of problems. Also for comparison regarded Kazakhstan after the introduction in the Customs union, their change in this regard situation which in turn supported with a number of examples.
