Abstract :The work was carried out in relation to the formation of the Eurasian Economic Area, integrated with the Customs Union of the Eurasian Economic Community and Kyrgyzstan. There was used the experience of creating the European Union with a common market organization for the founding countries of the Union engaged in trade and economic relations. The absence of internal frontiers of common economic market will have a significant role in the development of national economies through unhindered exchange of manufactured products, expanding its product range and improving the quality of commercial products, as well as development and production capacities. Formation of large manufacturing companies and the development of their activities, including the sale of products is impossible without crediting, entailing the formation and organization of the major international credit and financial companies, both in the member states of the Union, and in relation to their common economic area. The paper presents the basic definitions and concepts of financial institutions: internationally active, bank holding companies, and applied by them lending instruments of import and export foreign trade.
