Abstract :The purpose of this paper is to identify the reasons for the marginalization of the population in Kyrgyzstan and determine the category of persons belonging to the marginals insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(by region);, taking into account the analysis of regional, ethnic, and social characteristics of the area. In connection with this goal, the following tasks are set: consider the causes of population marginalization; find out what groups of marginals exist in society insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(in the regional context); and describe the socio-psychological profile of marginalized groups insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(by region);. The paper provides the general characteristic of the process of population marginalization in the country and a description of the situation in the regions.
