Abstract :Bu araştl111lanın amacı, Bursa ve İstanbul illerindeki ilk ve oliaöğretim kurumlarında görev yapan beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin yaptıkları işin örgütsel, ekonomik, psikolojik, duygusal ve yönetsel yönlerinden duydukları memnuniyetin düzeylerini belirlemek ve doyuımın diişük olduğu boyutları nedenleriyle taıiışarak doyumu yükseltecek öneriler sunmaktır. Bursa ve istanbul\`da görev yapan beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinden 202 tanesine geçerlik ve güvenirliği birçok çalışmada gösterilmiş olan ve 20 sorudan oluşan \`Minnessota Jobs Satisfaction\` anketi uygulanmıştLr. Personel yönetiminin Olganizasyon ve iş ilişkileri. hıriFer planlaması, başarı değerlemesi ve giidiilenme boYUtlarıyla mesleki faaliyetin kendisinden duyulan hoşnutlukla ilgili doyum puanları insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(DP); hesaplantrken, iş doyumunnn yaş, çalışma süresinin uzunluğu ve cinsiyeline göre gösterdiği değişiklikler de araştırılmıştır. Verilerin SPSS programında değerlendirilmesinden sonra frekans analizi ve oıtalama puan hesaplaması yapılmış, niteliksel ilişkilerin araştmlıııasında çapraz tablo, Tek yönlü ANOVA ve Student i testlerinden yararlanılmıştır. Çalışmamızda, beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin. iş doyumunun organizasyon ve iş ilişkileri insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(DP=73,9);, güdüleme ve uygun iş ortaımnın oluşturıılması insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(DP=71,9);. kariyer planlaması insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(DP=73,2);, başarı değerlemesi insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(DP=7I); boyutlanyla ilgıli sorularının değerlendirilmesi sonucunda, vasatm üzerinde bir doyumu olduğunu söyleyebiliriz. Çalışmamızda iş doyumunun yaş, çalışma süresinin uzunluğu ve cinsiyete göre istatistikselolarak anlamlı değişmediğinitespit ettik insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p>0.05); Sonuç olarak; bazı yönlerden hoşnutsuzluk duyulmasına rağınen Bursa ve İstanbul\`da görev yapan beden eğitimi öğretmenlerininmesleklerini sevdikleri ve bu mesleği icra etmekten haz aldıkları anlaştlmaktadır.Bunun da beden eğitimi faaliyetinin ve öğretmenliğinkendine özgü yapılarından kaynaklandığınısöyleyebiliriz. The questionare of Minesota Jobs Satisfication having 20 questions and ıhe validity and reliability of which were demonstrated in many studıes was carried oul on 202 of the teachers of physical education working in thc central towns of Bursa and IstanbuL. While cakulating the dimensions of the organisatian and work relalionships, canier planing, achievement evaluation, motivallOn af the satisfıcation points aboul the contentment in professional acıian, ıhe changings that the job satisfication demonsırated according to age, the length of working time and sex. After the avaıııation of data in SPSS program, frequency analysis and the calculation of medium was done, in the invesıigaıion of quality relation crosstable and One Way ANOVA and Student t tests were utilized. In our study by tooking at the results of the question evaluation about the organisation and job relationships ofjab satisrıcaıion insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(SP=73.9);, motivation and creation af suitable working environment insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(SP=7 1.9);, carrier planing insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(SP=73.2);, the dinıensıons of achievement evaluation insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(SP=7 ı l. We can say that the teachers of physical education have job satisfıcation above ıhe average. We deteımined that job satisfıcation didn\`t change meaningfully in statisries according to age, sex and the lengıh of the working environınentinsert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p>O.OS);. Consequently. although it is dissati fıed in some aspects ir IS understood that the teachers of physical education loves their jobs and they enjoy doing this jopb.
