Abstract :Özet: Kıyaslama, üstüıı performansa ulaşmak için, endüstrinin en iyi uygulamalarının araştırılmasıdır. Bunun için örgütler, anahtar iş süreçlerini, sınıfında en iyi performansı gösteren kuruluşlara karşı tanımlar, ölçer ve karşı [aştırırlar, Bu çalışmada, Kıyaslamanın önemi, yararlan ve süreci incelenmiştir. Döngüsel bir uygulama olması nedeniyle bir kontrol listesi sunulmuştur. Uygulama kısmında ise Türkiye\`deki üç kuruluş arasında gerçekleştirilen, ürün ve üretim süreçleri ile ilgili bir Kıyaslama çalışmasının sonuçlan verilmiştir.   Abstract: Benchmarking is Ihe search tor the best practices of industry that will lead to superior performance. In order to achieve this, organizations identify, measure and compare their key business processes with those of others which show the highest performance in their fields. In this study, the importance, advantages and process of benchmarking have been discussed, Because of its nature, a check list has been developed. In application section, Ihe results of a study of Benchmarking carried on the three firms in Turkey concerning product and production processes on hand.
