Abstract :Özet: işletmelerin idari alanda istihdam etmek isleyecekleri kişilerin, üniversite öğrenimi esnasında yönetim ve organizasyon eğitimi ile ilgili olarak almış oldukları dersler ve içerikleri büyük, bir önem arz etmektedir. Çünkü, işletmeler belirli yönetim ve organizasyon ders veya içeriklerini almış olan elemanları idari pozisyonlarda istihdam etmek isteyeceklerdir. Bu nedenle, hangi yönetim ve organizasyon ders veya içeriklerinin işletmeler açısından önemli olduğunun tespit edilmesi gerekmektedir. Bu çalışmada da, Türkiye`de faaliyette bulunan büyük ölçekli işletmelerin, hangi yönelim ve organizasyon dersleri ile içeriklerini, hangi düzeyde almış olan elemanları talep ettiğinin tesbitine yönelik yapılan araştırma sonuçlan hakkında bilgi verilmiştir.   AbstracttA generally aceepted view is that it is of particular importance for university graduate aiming to work at the adminisration sections of a companies at sector to take management and organization course of which syllabus are matching the demand of the sector. It is, therefore, necessary to identify which management and organization course and eontent of such course is of particular importance for companies willing to employ graduate in their adminisration sections. In this study, we report the results of emprical study that was undertaken to explore the demand of the big Turkish eompaniesinsert ignore into journalissuearticles values(in terms of management and organization course taken and the extent of such course); from the university graduate that apply for their adminisration sections.
