Abstract :Özet: Çevre/yenilikçi çevre yaklaşımı, GREMI araştırma grubu tarafından geliştirilen en temel endojen bölgesel kalkınma teorilerinden biridir. Bu yaklaşıma göre, endojen kalkınmanın üç temel dinamiği vardır: çevre, yenilikçi çevre ve yenilik ağlan. Bu çalışmada, söz konusu dinamikler, bunlann yerel aktörler, yerel üretim sistemleri ve spesifik kaynakların yaratılmasıyla olan ilişkileri yani, endojen kalkınma sürecine olan etkileri detaylı bir şekilde incelenmektedir. Bu çalışma, temel olarak ülkelerin farklı bölgelerindeki yerel yenilik sistemlerinin anlaşılmasını kolaylaştırmayı ve yerel/bölgesel politikalara rehberlik etmeyi amaçlamaktadır. According to this approach, there are three main dynamics of endogenous development: milieu, innovative milieu and innovation networks. In this study, tliese dynamics and their interactions with local actors, local production systems and creation of spesific resources, namely, their effects on the process of endogenous development have been examined in detail. The main goal of this study is to help understanding the local systems of innovation in different regions of countries and to provide guidance for the policies of local/regional development.
