Abstract :The metastatic carcinoma of the penis is rarely seen. In the seventy percent the cases the primary lesion is in the genitourinary tract and also, metastatic lesions from lung, bone, skin and rectum are rarely reported. The penile metastasis is a poor prognostic factor predicting disseminated disease. In this paper, we reported a rarely seen case, a bladder carcinoma patient with penile metastasis
