Abstract :This case: the 43 year-old male patient visited African Countries Ghana, Togo for charity. After the visit, he consulted our hospital due to complaints of fever, nausea and diarrhea. After Giemsa stained thin and thick blood smears examinations, he was diagnosed with P. falciparum malaria and his treatment was started. Our case is presented due to the development of microtrombosis in the lungs that can very rarely emerge as a complication in addition to the regular symptoms of malaria
