Abstract :Pancreatoblastoma is a very rare neoplasm of pancreatic origin in children. Although it is the most common pancreatic tumor in children, there are only 100 cases presented in the literature. We present a case of pancreatoblastoma discussing various radiologic imaging findings on the ultrasonography of a 4 year old girl with a complaint of left upper quadrant palpable mass. There was a large heterogenous mass with cystic necrotic areas and coarse calcifications. On CT and MRI the tumor origin was seen to be located in pancreatic body and tail. There were also metastatic liver lesions. After histopathologic diagnosis of pancreatoblastoma complete excision of the primary tumor and hepatic metastasis were performed followed by postsurgery chemotheraphy. Although it is a rare neoplasm pancreatoblastoma should be considered in the differential diagnosis of upper abdominal masses in childrenKeywords : pancreatoblastoma, neoplasm, CT, MRI, US
