Abstract :A 25-year-old man, who had orbito-zygomatico-maxillary fracture and bilateral mandibular fracture due to motorcycle accident and had been treated 2.5 months ago in another health center by open reduction and mini plate-screw fixation method was referred to our department with the complaints of diplopia, enophthalmus, vertical dystopia and malocclusion.
