Abstract :Radiologic investigation of a 35-year-old man, suffering from frontal headache, nasal obstruction, dizziness and visual blurring for one year, revealed an opaque-semiopaque mass totally invading middle and left side of the frontal sinus. Access was performed via an incision on deep transverse wrinkle of mid-forehead, anterior wall of frontal sinus was opened as osteoplastic flap and the tumor was extirpated successfully. Removal technique of the mass, histopathologic analysis and aesthetic and functional follow-up at 6th month of the case is presented
