Abstract :Pediatric high grade glial tumors have different cytogenetic and molecular characteristics compared to the adult forms. They also demonstrate different responses to treatment then adult high grade gliomas. Resection of the tumor in a maximal safe manner, additionaly, using modern chemotherapeutic agents and advanced techniques of radiotherapy, provides a better survivalIn this case report, the aim is to enlighten the actual aproach of to pediatric high grade glial tumors and to evaluate the developments of diagnosis and treatment.
