Abstract :Prostate cancer is one of the most common cancers among men and presents a high risk of metastases but the rectum metastasis is uncommon. A 75 year old male patient was diagnosed with metastatic prostate adenocarcinoma multiple bone metastases in 2008. In 2012, the patient presented with rectal bleeding and diagnosed with anemia and colonoscopy revealed a polipoid mass lesion in rectum. Biopsy was performed and reported as metastatic prostatic adenocarcinoma. He was referred to our clinic for rectal bleeding and treated with palliative radiotherapyKeywords : prostate cancer, rectum, metastasis
