Abstract :Tuberculosis is an infectious disease which is common is common in developing countries. Approximately 5 to 10% of cases of tuberculosis are involved in the brain and nervous system. Central Nervous System CNS involvement may occur as meningitis, abscess, solitary tuberculoma, infarction, or miliary parenchymal disease. Tuberculoma is very rare. 50 years old male patient suffered from dizziness and, gait impairment. This patient was operated. Pathologic examination revealed necrotizing granulomatous inflammation.
