Abstract :Post-poliomyelit syndrome PPS is a rare condition that presents with complaints of abnormal fatigue, weakness and muscular atrophy years after a prior initial attack of poliovirus. In this case report, patient with a suspected urinary tract stone was evaluated with computerized tomography imaging and diagnosed as post-poliomyelit syndrome and it was discussed in the light of the related literature. The computerized tomography indicated pelvic diffuse muscle atrophy in the left sided muscles
