Abstract :In oncology, the activity of monoclonal antibodies which known as immune checkpoint inhibitors is better understood every day. These drugs are efficaciousby inhibiting the inhibitory mechanisms in the immune system and their side effects can be defined as autoimmune events that caused by excessive immune response.. Immunerelated side effects are not very common and can usually be treated with steroids and dose modifications. Immunosuppressive treatments are used in resistant cases. Increasing the experience with these drugs will enable more effective treatment algorithms to be developed and a better understanding of the side effect profile
