Abstract :The present study was planned to assess total phenolic and flavonoid content and some biological properties insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(antioxidant, toxicity, and antihelmintic); of the methanol extracts of Crocus cancellatus subsp. lycuis from Muğla province insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Turkey); for the first time. Total phenolic insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(2.08±0.06 mg GAE/g); and total flavonoid insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(3.63±0.09 mg QE/g); contents of the aerial part extract were higher than the bulb extract. The aerial part extract insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(IC50 value: 0,86±0,03 mg/mL, IC50 value: 0,26±0,003 mg/mL, 0,77±0,007 mg TE/g, and 5,92±0,30 mg TE/g, respectively); was determined to exhibit the higher activity than that of bulb parts extract in the assays shortly named as DPPH, ABTS, FRAP and CUPRAC carried out to examine the antioxidant activities of the extracts. Both extracts were observed to be effective on brine shrimp and to have anthelmintic activity. According to these results, Crocus cancellatus subsp. lycuis may be paid attention as a good source for the pharmaceutical and food industries. Keywords : Anthelmintic, Antioxidant, Brine shrimp, Crocus, Flavonoid, Phenolic
