Abstract :The main purpose of this study is to investigate the test anxiety status of high school seniors in terms of different variables. The sample group of this research is a total of 366 high school students, 169 females (46.2%) and 197 (53.8%) male students, who studied in high schools in Mersin province in the 2021-2022 academic year. The mean age of all participants in the research is 17.28, their age range is 16-21, and the standard deviation (SD) of the group is .49. Data for the study was collected using the Test Anxiety Inventory for Children and Adolescents and the Personal Information Form. Descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation analysis, t-test for independent groups and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) were also used in the data analysis of the results. According to the obtained results of the research, it was concluded that the test anxiety levels of high school seniors differed depending on these variables, such as gender, having their own rooms, making time for daily work, eating habits, receiving help from a psychological counsellor, following a regular study schedule, sleeping patterns and their own perception of success. On the other hand, taking private lessons was found to have no significant effect on test anxiety among group participants.Keywords : Sınav kaygısı, Ergenler, Lise Öğrencileri
