Abstract :The politics of foreign aid is one of the leading phenomenons of the post world war II politics. The post world war II international system tilted towards the trends of foreign aid soon after Marshall Plan was launched. A large number of the Third World Countries depended on the foreign aid, largely from US and its western allies. The Soviet Union aided a large number of countries under its influence during the cold war. Pakistan since its inception has been dependent on the US foreign aid.
