Prevent the employees from quitting the job despite the situations that might lead them to quit and maintain the bond between the employees and the job is defined in the literature as job embeddedness. Within this context, the study aimed to examine whether the psychological resilience of the individuals has an impact on their levels of job embeddedness within a group of participants who work in the health sector where, recently, being resilient has gained more importance. Analyses carried out on the data obtained through simple random sampling from 454 employees working in medical and administrative units have revealed that being psychologically resilient has a significant impact on job embeddedness. Keywords : Psikolojik Dayanıklılık, İşe Gömülmüşlük, Sağlık Sektörü
