Abstract :This article attempts to analyze two problem areas. The first one deals with determining the difficulties and application results which are faced during the Total Quality Management process in automotive suppliers having a significant improvement on production capacity and productivity and developing new technology. The second one is a profile of quality training by collecting information about the role and importance in Total Quality Management applications. It is hoped that the researh findings will be useful for managers, researchers and academicians.
