Abstract :In this article, multiculturalism will be examined paying attention to the structure of our country's multicultural folk music window of some regions and some musical elements of these regions. In the context of multiculturalism, the examination of "music" simultaneously includes examining of music genres in traditional practices, instruments and various sound sources, vocalizations and performing of musical executions, dances accompanied by music, dance etc., a lot of elements just like exhibiting mold behaviors, music and word arts, execution environments and locations in which music performed, timings and schedules of performing music, attitudes and behaviors of followers in the execution of music. In our country, in the nested complexity of rural and urban life, it is impossible to mention the only examining type of music since the middle of 20th Century. Almost every region of the country living / kept alive given the variety of traditions music, urban music, seen in this region are closely intertwined with the local music, the need for researches on folk music felt good to better in the context of "multiculturalism". In this context, this article will focus on the necessity of our country's folk music in the perspective of multiculturalism window.
