Abstract :This article examines the ideological and architectural transformations in public education buildings in Türkiye between 1997 and 2022. It aims to fill a gap in the literature by exploring the impact of ideological frameworks on the design of education buildings and by focusing the architectural transformations including form, program, scale, and site. The study focuses on education system changes in 1997 and 2012 as pivotal moments, linking these changes to broader ideological shifts. Utilizing a qualitative and historical research strategy, the article evaluates materials within an ideological context and interprets architectural projects that are not archived officially. This study reveals that the architectural and ideological transformations in Turkish education buildings from 1997 to 2022 reflect a dynamic interplay of traditional and modern influences, demonstrating the impact of political and social ideologies on the design and function of these public spaces. This approach reveals the interplay between ideology and architecture in education buildings during this period, highlighting the unique insights of this study.Keywords : Mimarlık, Eğitim Binaları, İdeoloji, Dönüşüm, Türkiye
