Abstract :Gelişmekte olan ülkelerde olduğu gibi, Türkiye\`de de özellikle 1950\`li yıllarda başlayan toplumsal bir hareketlilik yaşanmıştır. Bu hareketliliğin en önemli göstergelerinden birisi de kırsal göçtür. Kırsal göçün birçok ekonomik ve sosyal etkisi bulunmaktadır. Bu etkiler, toplumun temel taşını oluşturan aile üzerinde kendisini daha çok göstermektedir. Bu çalışmada, Türkiye\`de kırsal göçün aile yapısı üzerine etkisi ikincil veriler ve Türkiye İstatistik Kurumu\`nun insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(TÜİK); aile araştırmalarında kullanılan istatistiklerden yararlanılarak ortaya konulması amaçlanmıştır. Aile yapısının, kırsal göç ile birlikte önemli ölçüde değiştiği ve toplumsal bazı gelişmeleri ortaya koyduğu tespit edilmiştir. The rural migration is the one of the most important indicator of this mobility. The rural migration has a lot of social and economic effect. These effects can be seen on the family, which is the main unit of the society. In this study the effects of rural migration on the family structure was aimed using secondary data of Turkish Statistics Institute insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(TSI);. It was concluded that the family structure could have been changed due to rural migration and thus resulted in some social developments. Key Words: Rural migration; Family, Rural-Urban
