Abstract :Bu çalışmanın amacı, Türkçe öğretmeni adaylarının öğretimi planlama, uygulama ve değerlendirme yeterliklerine yönelik algılarının çeşitli değişkenler açısından incelenmesidir. Çalışmanın evreni, Türkçe Eğitimi bölümlerinde 4. sınıfta öğrenim görmekte olan öğretmen adaylarıdır. Çalışmanın örneklemini ise 8 ayrı üniversitede öğrenim gören 342 Türkçe öğretmeni adayı oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmada, Karaca insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(2004); tarafından geliştirilen, beşli derecelendirme tipindeki 47 maddeden oluşan “Öğretimi Planlama, Uygulama ve Değerlendirme Yeterliklerine Yönelik Algı Ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. Ölçeğin Cronbach alfa güvenirlik katsayısı bu çalışmada .96 olarak bulunmuştur. Çalışmanın sonuçları, Türkçe öğretmeni adaylarının planlama, uygulama ve değerlendirme alanlarındaki yeterlik algılarının çoğunun yeterli düzeyde olmadığını göstermektedir. Türkçe öğretmeni adaylarının öğretimi planlama, uygulama ve değerlendirme yeterliklerine yönelik algılarında cinsiyet, mezun oldukları lise türü, devam etmekte oldukları programı tercih sıraları, not ortalamaları bakımından anlamlı bir farklılık bulunmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Ancak Türkçe öğretmeni adaylarının öğrenim gördükleri bölümden memnuniyet düzeyleri arttıkça öğretimi planlama, uygulama ve değerlendirme yeterliklerine yönelik algı düzeylerinin de artmakta olduğu belirlenmiştir. Abstract The aim of the present study is to evaluate the proficiency perceptions of pre-service Turkish language teachers about educational planning, application and evaluation and analysis with different variables. The target population of the study is the pre-service teachers who are the senior students in Turkish language education departments. The sample of the study is composed of 342 Turkish-language pre-service teachers who are the students at different universities. A five level Likert scale “Educational Planning, Application and Evaluation Competence” composed of 47 items and developed by Karaca insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(2004); is used in this study. Cronbach Alpha reliability coefficient of the scale was calculated .96. According to the results of the present study, proficiency perceptions level of Turkish-language pre-service teachers was not sufficient in educational planning, application and evaluation. There is not a significant difference in proficiency perception of Turkish-language pre-service teachers according to gender, high school type, preference rank of their university, grade point average. However, the satisfaction levels of Turkish-language pre-service teachers from their departments increase the perception level of them in terms of educational planning, application and evaluation.
