Abstract :Bu çalışmanın amacı beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin liderlik stillerini tespit etmektir. Araştırma grubunu 90\`ı bayan ve 175\`i erkek olmak üzere toplam 265 beden eğitimi öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak Deniz ve Hasançebioğlu insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(2003); tarafından geliştirilen “Öğretmen Liderlik Stili Ölçeği” ve 6 maddelik bilgi formu kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin “Yarı Demokratik Liderlik Stili”ni sergiledikleri bulunmuştur. Ayrıca öğretmenlerin cinsiyetlerine, hizmet yıllarına, eğitim düzeylerine, okul düzeylerine ve okullarındaki öğrenci sayılarına göre liderlik stilleri arasında anlamlı bir fark bulanamazken öğretmenlerin çalıştıkları okullarının bulunduğu yerlere göre liderlik stilleri arasında anlamlı farklılıkların olduğu bulunmuştur. Anahtar Kelimeler: Beden Eğitimi Öğretmeni, Lider, Liderlik Stili. Abstract The aim of this study is to determine leadership styles of physical education teachers. Research group was composed of 265 physical education teachers, 90 women and 175 men. As data collection tools in this study, “Teacher Leadership Style Scale” developed by Deniz and Hasançebioğlu insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(2003); and an inquiry form with 6items was used. As a result of this study, it was found that physical education teachers show semi-democratic Leadership style. Besides It was found that there was a difference in significance among leadership styles according to teachers\` places in which their working schools exist; while there  wasn\`t a difference in significance among leadership styles according to their sexualities, service years, education levels, school levels and students\` numbers in their schools.
