Abstract :The book “Effective Training, Systems, Strategies, and Practices” ( P.Nick Blanchard, James W. Thacker and V. Anand Ram) establish a comprehensive analysis of training, systems, strategies and practices with specific reference to small business. The authors have attempted to integrate the strategic planning process with training, present a wide-ranging coverage of underlying theories, focus on training designs, development, implementation and evaluation. Furthermore, the models have been shown to broaden the knowledge of readers in effective training.
