Abstract :Economic crisis in Euro- Atlantic economy came in it¢s fifth year although governments of developed countries have taken all measures that they were using more or less successfully in last 60 years. And while governments keep looking for more drastically measures to end the crisis, we believe that the time has come for analyzing this situation from another angle. That angle is integral historical analyses of actual roots of this crisis instead of  shallow partial analysis that take place these days.
