Abstract :The research examined the environmental factors of depression, anxiety and stress with a special focus on excessive social network uploading, which has become popular recently and has a negative consequence of new communication applications. The sample of the research, structured in a quantitative pattern, consists of 483 participants, 225 women and 258 men. In the study, data was collected online from people aged 18 and over using the platform throughout Turkey. Data were collected with the Excessive Social Network Uploading (ESNU) Scale depression, anxiety, stress scale (DAS-21) and socio-demographic information form. Descriptive analyzes and parametric tests were used in the research. The sample\'s exposure to excessive social network overload was at a moderate level, and depression, anxiety and stress levels were distributed at different points. Regression analysis showed that depression, anxiety and stress were associated with excessive social network uploading. Researchers recommend that these 2 variables be examined in different samples and different models in future studies. Keywords : Depresyon, Stres, Anksiyete, Aşırı Sosyal Ağ Yüklenmesi
