We present a case of unstable angina with complete occlusion of the proximal left anterior descending artery and circumflex coronary artery due to severe diffuse coronary vasospasm, as demonstrated on coronary angiography. The patient was successfully treated with intracoronary bolus of nitroglycerin with restoration of flow in left coronary system. Keywords : Coronary vasospasm, diagnostic coronary angiography
