Abstract :Last achievements in the field of an economic science have led to transformation ofmechanisms of achievement of economic growth by use of tools of a monetary andcredit policy as the main mechanism providing macroeconomic stability. In theseconditions the tax-budgetary policy which is carried out by the government, shouldprovide system of stimulus to growth of economic activity. For transitive anddeveloping economy, maintenance of interrelation two policies serves as a basis formaintenance of social and economic growth of the state
