Sözü edilen rapor, Cumhuriyet dönemi Türk ekonomisinin yapısına dair önemli tespitlerde bulunuyor olmasına rağmen, dönemin Menderes hükümeti tarafından beğenilmemiş ve dağıtımı yasaklanmıştır.
