Abstract :Özet Bu makalede, amacımız, geç kapitalizm evresinde siyasetle teknoloji arasında kriz çözücü siyaset modeli üzerinden kurulan ilişkiye, yeni bir kavramlaştırma girişimi niteliğindeki “tekno-siyasal paradigma” kavramı üzerinden bakmak. Bunun için Kuhn’un paradigma kavramlaştırmasını yaparken “bilimsel-siyasal devrim”, “bilimsel-siyasal gelişme-değişim” başlıkları altında kurduğu koşutluklardan yararlanacağız. Temel varsayımımız, kriz çözücü siyasetin, tekno-siyasal paradigmanın yol haritalarını izlediği; “izm”lerin kötü geçmişinin üzerine sünger çekerek, sağcısını-solcusunu “siyasal ve ekonomik istikrarın sağlanması” ortak zeminde buluşturduğudur. Bu durumda, sınıf temelli siyasal mücadelenin stratejisinde oluşan kırılmalar, soldaki ayrışmalar da bir bakıma teknosiyasal paradigmanın yetenekleri, sermeye sınıfı için ürettiği bulmaca çözümleri hanesine yazılmalıdır. Başka bir deyişle bu kavramlaştırmanın “yeteneklerinden”, kamuların temsiline dayalı burjuva-liberal demokraside “piyasanın iktidar olduğu” söylemiyle gizlenmeye çalışılan hâkim iktidarın, sermayenin iktidarı olduğunu, siyasal insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(iktidar); olanı kendine tekno-siyasal paradigmalar üzerinden bağladığını, tabi kıldığını sergilemek için yararlanacağız. Anahtar sözcükler: Paradigma, teknoloji, kriz, siyaset, tekno-siyasal paradigma   The Politics of Crisis Resolution An observation on the relation of policy and crisis based the “technopolitical paradigm” concept in the late capitalism Abstract This essay aims to examine the relation between politics and technology that is based on the model of crisis solving politics in the phase of late capitalism through the concept of “techno-political paradigm” as a new attempt of conceptualization. Therefore, we will use the parallels drawn by Kuhn between the two subjects, “scientific-political revolution” and scientific-political development-change” while he conceptualizes the paradigm. Our basic assumption is that the crisis solving politics follows the road map of technopolitical paradigm and makes the rightists and leftists meet on the common ground of “enabling political and economic stability”, wiping the nasty history of “isms” from people’s memory. That is why the breaks happening in the strategy of class-based political struggle, separations among the leftists should somehow indicate the abilities of the techno-political paradigm, and its puzzle solutions for the capitalist class. In other words, we will take advantage of the “abilities” of this conceptualization to demonstrate that the ruling power, which is hidden by the discourse, “market is in power” in bourgeois-liberal democracy, which is based on the representation of peoples, is actually the power of capital; it binds or subordinates what is political insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(power); to itself through the techno-political paradigms.
