Abstract :The aim of the study is to determine the predictive relationships between the emotional schemas of pre-service teachers, cognitive flexibility and distress tolerance. The study group consists of a total of 399 teacher candidates for 309 women and 99 men in Konya province in 2021-2022 academic year. In order to collect data in the research, \"Personal Information Form\", \"Leahy Duygusal Şema Ölçeği II\", \"Cognitive Flexibility Inventory\" and \"Sıkıntıyı Tolere Etme Ölçeği\" were used. A corelational screening model was used in the research. The data collected within the scope of the research were analysed through Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). According to the resulting model, the emotional schemes of pre-service teachers predict their cognitive flexibility and level of distress tolerance. In addition, it is among the findings of the research, in which the level of tolerating the distress also predicts their cognitive flexibility. The emotional schemas of teacher candidates shows a negative relationship with both cognitive flexibility and their level of distress tolerance. Distress tolerance, on the other hand, has a positive relationship with cognitive flexibility. Based on these findings, it can be said that emotional schemes for pre-service teachers are an important factor in solving the problems they face. Keywords : Duygusal Şemalar, Bilişsel Esneklik, Sıkıntıyı Tolere Etme
